1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using ArbEdge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or dashboard notification.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ArbEdge. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally permitted to engage in online sports betting in your jurisdiction. ArbEdge is intended for use by Australian residents only.

3. Nature of the Service

ArbEdge is an information and data service. We provide odds data, arbitrage calculations, and +EV bet identification as an informational tool only. ArbEdge does not place bets on your behalf, does not hold or manage funds, and is not a bookmaker or financial services provider.

The information provided is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or gambling advice.

4. No Guarantee of Profit

While arbitrage betting is mathematically designed to produce guaranteed profit when executed correctly and quickly, ArbEdge makes no guarantee of profit or success. Opportunities may close before you can place bets. Bookmakers may refuse, void, or limit bets. Past performance of the scanner does not guarantee future results.

+EV betting produces positive expected returns over a large sample size but individual bets may lose. You accept all financial risk associated with any bets you choose to place.

5. Account Limitation Risk

You acknowledge that bookmakers may restrict, limit, or close your accounts if they identify you as an arbitrage or value bettor. ArbEdge accepts no liability for any account restrictions imposed by bookmakers as a result of using information from this Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

ArbEdge is a subscription service billed monthly at AUD $49/month. A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers. You may cancel at any time through your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are offered for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, software, and data provided by ArbEdge are the intellectual property of ArbEdge. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ArbEdge shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from betting activity, bookmaker account restrictions, or data inaccuracies.

9. Responsible Gambling

ArbEdge encourages responsible gambling. If you feel your gambling is causing harm, please seek help. Resources include:

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
